Upper Darby School Government Office

Upper Darby, a borough is located just north Philadelphia, PA. It was incorporated as a township on March 2, 1892 and became a city on April 1, 1911. The population was estimated to be around 100,000 people at the time of its incorporation. It is home to approximately 150,000 people today.
