Worst customer service experience ever. The office/cashier guy cursed me out in front of my wife and 10 year old son.
I’ve been coming here for a while. Got the following replaced on my 2018 Prius: cabin & air filters, spark plugs, oil change and a tire rotation. They had it done at the agreed upon time of 90 minutes. Service was incredible. Extremely friendly and the mechanic even showed me some of the replaced parts and answered any questions I had. 100% recommend. Extremely hard to find this type of service for this price nowadays.
The best customer service. Genuinely cares about your problem and will do their best to solve it. Very reliable, and will complete the task with honesty.
